No Effort Meals:

Chicken - broccoli - rice

My god, what a beautiful display. WAY too much effort.

Think of these meals as starting points to being a healthier firefighter. It’s boring but you’ll learn to love this shit.

P.S: Some good seasoning and sauce goes a long way.

We are not dieticians, chefs, or professional recipe makers. If we were this page would have 20 ads, you couldn’t find the directions, and it’d be filled with all kinds of back story telling you my grandpa was eating this meal while he conceived my father.

That's it! Your prep time and clean time should be about as short as possible. Test out some different spices. Test out some different cook times. Perfect this, and it can be a cornerstone meal to not become a 400 pound engineer.
