Peanut Butter & Banana Toast

Here’s a No Effort Breakfast. All you wild ones out there are starting the day too heavy. This isn’t about fueling up for the recliner—it's about fueling for action. When in doubt, do the opposite of your bag-of-milk officer’s breakfast.

Think of these no-fuss meals as a starting point to eating like you care.

Supplies

  • Knife

  • Toaster

  • Positive Attitude

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of whole grain toast

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter ;)

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread until it’s golden and crisp.

  2. Spread peanut butter evenly over the toast.

  3. Arrange banana slices on top of the peanut butter.

  4. Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or honey.

Why It Works:

  1. Whole Grain Toast provides slow-digesting carbs for steady energy.

  2. Peanut Butter adds protein and healthy fats to keep you full.

Quick Tips:
